Refund policy

Your jewellery is under warranty for 12 months from date of purchase - with proof of purchase.

I do not offer refunds generally,
I offer free repairs forever.

The only potential cost may be if the piece is severely damaged and will need a fee for materials.

Warranty does not cover misuse.

Examples of misuse:

-Trodding on, standing on, damage by force. 
-Damage by being ripped from ones body. 
-Jewelley caught on something and was torn apart by force. (You can choke if they couldnt do this.) 
-The jewellery was damaged by chemicals such as chlorine. 
-It was lost post recieving. 
-Pulling/tugging on your jewellery. 

Meaning if your jewellery has been damaged I will repair it but on a case to case basis there may be an extra charge for misuse.

If your jewellery is 1/1 there are no replacements available. I simply cannot replicate them again.

As I am a small business, please understand that most of my income from Almondsugary goes back into Almondsugary meaning back into the materials I use to make. I do not have insurance. 

Everything is handmade and while I do my best to make sure my materials are quality and I have constructed them to a high standard. Sometimes the unpredictable can happen and if it does I want to repair it for you and make sure it doesnt happen again!
